All software, analytics methodologies, testing frameworks, metrics, reports, diagnostic consoles, branding, and related materials provided through the Service are owned or licensed by AIVO Evidentia and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

You retain ownership of content or data you submit to the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

You may not reproduce or redistribute proprietary outputs without written permission, except for internal business use.
